Meet Our Provider
Amy Elizabeth Baker PA-C
PA Amy Baker is a 2004 graduate of Philadelphia University, now Thomas Jefferson University, where she completed both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies. After graduating from PA school, she worked in a family practice office in Collegeville for 14 years before to transitioning to internal medicine where she began working with Dr. O’Connor. She loves being involved in the continuity of care for patients that is integral to the role of a primary care provider.
In addition to working clinically, PA Baker has been involved in education for much of her career, first as a faculty member in the PA Program at Philadelphia University and now as the founding PA Program Director and Department Chair of the Physician Associate Education Department at West Chester University. She recently completed an education-focused Doctorate of Medical Science at the University of Pittsburgh emphasizing excellence in physician assistant education. She lives locally with her husband and 3 children and can often be found on the pool deck volunteering with her children’s swim and diving teams or on the playing field where she coaches soccer and lacrosse.

Carolyn B. O'Connor MD
Dr. O’Connor is a board-certified internist born and raised in Plymouth Meeting, Pennsylvania. She is a graduate of Franklin and Marshall College and Jefferson Medical College (now Sidney Kimmel). She has served in the National Health Service Corps and practiced in various clinical settings over the years ranging from small rural towns to university practice. She is delighted to be settled back in her hometown community with the goal of providing the quality care to her patients that she would want for her own family.
